This will be three hour class focused on all things pizza. This class will be a hands on demonstration which will (hopefully) provide you with the necessary fundamentals needed to bake incredible pizza at home. We’ll be making New York Style round pizzas as well as Grandma Style sheet pizzas. You’ll be able to hand mix, proof, and shape pizza dough. During the class we will go over and complete the following:
Hand Mixing
Ambient Fermentation
Shaping
Sauce and Topping Ideation
Baking in a commercial kitchen and at home
We will eat the pizza we make at the end of the class, and you will also be able to take home any additional pizzas we have left to enjoy as leftovers. Wine, drinks, and/or coffee will be provided at no cost if you’d like, and you can go home with some flour and starter to craft your own dough at home.
please be aware that a quantity of 1 is for 1 attendee. Please select 2 if you wish to attend with another person. The classes are limited to 12 attendees, so please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend so that we can give your spot to someone else.
